CrossFit Poipu Kauai

CrossFit Poipu Kauai is an affiliate CrossFit gym on Kauaʻi offering adult CrossFit classes, kids CrossFit classes, and options for new members and drop-in visitors. The gym is part of The Keala Foundation’s island-wide affiliate network, with classes held four days per week and service across Kauaʻi locations including the Southside. It also supports youth participation through free CrossFit classes for kindergarten through high school students and connection to broader youth engagement programs.
