Gulf Bend Center is a regional provider of integrated behavioral health and intellectual and developmental disability services serving Calhoun, DeWitt, Goliad, Jackson, Refugio, Lavaca, and Victoria counties in Texas. The organization also operates The Wellness Community, an apartment housing program for adults age 18 and older whose quality of life is affected by chronic mental and physical illness.
