Asylum Martial Arts

Asylum Martial Arts is a martial arts school in Owensboro built around an integrated combat training system led by Head Coach Aaron Grace. The program connects Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, kickboxing, MMA, and wrestling so students learn how striking, takedowns, positional control, and submissions work together rather than as separate disciplines. Training emphasizes practical, technical instruction with a clear progression in leverage, control, escapes, submissions, timing, and pressure. The gym supports all levels with structured coaching, smart drilling, and guided development designed to build a broad, system-based foundation for live application.
