Kinespirit Circle Gyrotonic and Pilates Studio is a Portland studio focused on GYROTONIC®, GYROKINESIS®, and Pilates. The studio offers private sessions, duets, group classes, bodywork, and teacher trainings, with an emphasis on a flowing, focused movement experience. As an Education Center, it also provides GYROTONIC®, GYROKINESIS®, Specialized Equipment training, and continuing education courses led by studio owner Chantal Deeble and guest Master Trainers.
