Chapel Hill Islamic Center is a nonprofit Islamic organization serving Muslims in Chapel Hill and the surrounding area. It encourages active membership and operates with a Shura and a five-member Board of Directors that oversees committees and supports the organization’s functioning in accordance with its constitution and Islamic teachings based on the Qur’an and Sunnah.
