Clinic of Electrology & Laser is an Iowa-based practice focused on permanent hair removal through laser hair removal and electrolysis. Founded in Cedar Rapids in 1983 by Rebeka Berstler, the business expanded to Iowa City in 1987 as demand grew through physician referrals and media coverage. It added laser hair removal in 1998 after extensive research, training, and certification, and also offers laser treatment for nail fungus, thinning hair, and aging skin.
