Energy & Flow

Energy & Flow offers Reiki sessions focused on addressing energy blockages and reducing negative energy. Led by Millie, a Maya descendant who has been surrounded by alternative therapies throughout her life, sessions typically last from 30 to 90 minutes. First-time clients are asked to complete paperwork and discuss any areas of the body that are sensitive to touch or should be avoided during treatment.
