Empower Fitness

Empower Fitness is a Fargo fitness business focused on providing a safe, supportive space for teaching and growth. Its mission is to empower the minds, bodies, and souls of any and all individuals. The business is led by a coach with a background in Olympic weightlifting and a USAW Level 1 Coach Certification earned in August 2025, with an emphasis on helping people grow both in and out of the gym.
