Gravity Lab Jiu Jitsu is a martial arts school in Salem, Oregon focused on building strong grapplers, strong people, and a strong community. The school represents American Jiu-Jitsu, emphasizing wrestling-based fundamentals, modern submission systems, and continuous technical development. Classes combine drills, skill development, and live practice to give students a well-rounded understanding of Jiu-Jitsu in an engaging training environment. Gravity Lab also offers a kids' Jiu-Jitsu program centered on fundamental and advanced techniques, while promoting resilience, respect, teamwork, and personal growth.
