Community Medical Centers WIC Program

Community Medical Centers WIC Program - Stockton is a special supplemental nutrition program for women, infants, and children. It supports pregnant women, new mothers, babies, and children under 5 with healthy food benefits, nutrition education, breastfeeding support, practical healthy living guidance, and help connecting to health care and other community resources. Eligible participants can use a California WIC card to buy approved healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables, whole grains, milk, eggs, bread, cereal, juice, peanut butter, soy milk, and tofu.
