Barre Roots

Barre Roots is a Fort Myers movement studio offering Pilates Sculpt, barre-informed classes, and private instruction in a warm, community-minded setting. The studio emphasizes friendly, supportive teaching for all fitness levels, with a focus on building strength, confidence, and body awareness through steady, purposeful movement. Its approach is rooted in the belief that movement should feel empowering rather than punishing, treating self-care as essential and consistency as more important than intensity for its own sake. Opened in 2019 and relaunched in Fort Myers in March 2023, Barre Roots draws on training influences including Exhale Core Fusion, Bootybarre, pre- and postnatal barre exercise, and AFPA Pilates Fitness Instructor certification.
