Corvallis Shao-Lin Kempo is a martial arts school teaching American Shao-Lin Kempo, also referred to as Shao-Lin Kempo or Kung-Fu. Its instruction includes defense skills, kempo moves, circular attacks, aggressive control, balance, and the concept of Chi. The school offers training for adults as well as peewee-age children, with early lessons focused on personal discipline and following directions.
