Castle Valley Academy is a private boarding school in Castle Valley, Utah, just outside Moab. Operated by Seventh-day Adventist Christians, it serves students in grades 9 through 12 and is dedicated to training them to excel for life and eternity. The academy is located on a 320-acre farm and also operates Castle Valley Farm, including field crops, greenhouses, and a market garden supported by year-round artesian wells.
