Chico Velo is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Chico dedicated to promoting bicycling and alternative transportation as part of a sustainable community. Its mission is to support bicycling for transportation, recreation, and health through public education, advocacy, community stewardship, events, and outreach programs. Proceeds from events, donations, sponsorships, and merchandise support year-round advocacy, education, community programs, and efforts to improve riding infrastructure and trails.
