Chaiya Meditation Monastery 2 (C M M 2 ) "Buddhist Society of Idaho"

Chaiya Meditation Monastery 2, also known as the Buddhist Society of Idaho, is a nonprofit Buddhist monastery in Nampa, Idaho. Established in 2017 and founded as CMM 2 in August 2018 by Sayardaw U Zeyathuta, it is situated on approximately 3.5 acres and accommodates a resident sangha of fully ordained monks and nuns. The monastery presents Theravada Buddhism in its original essence and offers an ancient perspective on practicing the Buddha’s teachings in the modern world for Karen, Burmese, Thai, Lao, and broader American communities.
