Kelsey Phippen, MS, RD, LMNT, LD is a registered dietitian based in Council Bluffs, Iowa. She earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Nutrition Health Science and Dietetics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and completed her dietetic internship at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Her experience includes more than five years as an in-store Hy-Vee registered dietitian, along with work in long-term care and the WIC program. Her areas of expertise include weight management, diabetes, heart disease, food allergies, pediatric nutrition, and helping individuals and families plan and prepare healthy meals.
