Freedom Church Center City is a nondenominational church in Philadelphia with a mission to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. Founded in 2003 by a small, diverse group, the church was formerly known as Morning Star Church of Greater Philadelphia. Since 2011, its Sunday morning services have been held in Center City at the historic Prince Theater, now the Philadelphia Film Center. The church offers Sunday worship services as well as ministries and programs for kids, youth, college, marriage and family, small groups, volunteering, community care, sermons, and pastoral resources.
