10ya Yoga Live & Online

10ya Yoga Live & Online is a yoga studio offering live and online instruction centered on yoga as an embodied, enlivening practice rather than performance. Its classes emphasize awareness, enjoyment, and presence, welcoming students at different levels while supporting energy, restoration, and ease in movement. Rooted in long-term study of Ashtanga Vinyasa and shaped into a fluid, dynamic Vinyasa Flow approach, the teaching blends traditional structure with creativity, rhythm, and responsiveness. Instruction is further informed by the founder’s background in dance, choreography, performance, and fitness, with music and movement integrated into each session to shape pacing, tone, and experience. The studio is led by an E-RYT 500 Advanced Teacher Trainer with Yoga Alliance, as well as a YACEP and ACE Continuing Education Provider.
