4th Ave Gym Foothills is a strength-centered gym in Yuma County’s Foothills that combines a no-frills training culture with broader fitness and wellness goals. Opened in 2020 as the second location in the Fourth Avenue Gym operation, it offers a serious but accessible environment focused on conditioning, strength development, and purposeful progress. Personal training is a central part of the business, with individualized fitness and wellness programming tailored to each client’s needs and objectives. Since 2022, the gym has also hosted Yuma’s area meet for Special Olympics Powerlifting each April, reflecting its connection to organized strength sport and community participation.
