Cambio Boxing

Cambio Boxing is a family-friendly boxing studio in Montclair, New Jersey, offering personalized boxing classes for all ages and skill levels. Led by Coach Ruben Castillo Chavez, the studio provides tailored training in a fun, supportive environment for beginners through more experienced boxers. Training areas include boxing fundamentals, punching technique, footwork, movement, shadow boxing, strength training, mitt work, jump rope, self-defense, speed bag, heavy bag, and double-end bag work. Since its inception, Cambio Boxing has focused on helping clients build fitness and develop their boxing skills.
