CSOG Express Bone & Joint Injury Care is an orthopedic walk-in clinic in Colorado Springs providing same-day care for acute bone, joint, and muscle injuries, including sprains, fractures, dislocations, and sports injuries. The clinic is staffed by orthopedic specialists and also offers $25 sports physicals. It serves the local military community, including Fort Carson, Peterson and Schriever Air Force Bases, and the U.S. Air Force Academy.
