CrossFit 209 Sport

CrossFit 209 Sport is a Stockton-based CrossFit gym founded in 2009 and described as Stockton's original CrossFit. The gym offers CrossFit classes designed to improve individual function, with an emphasis on safe and efficient application of the CrossFit program and individualized coaching. CrossFit 209 Sport also features Olympic lifting, a CrossFit-style endurance-biased workout called 209 Burn, and support for competitive CrossFit athletes.
