Cedardale Health & Fitness is a community fitness club in Haverhill, Massachusetts with roots dating back to the 1970s. Originally opened as the Cedardale Athletic Club during the rise of tennis and racquetball, it expanded over time with lounge areas, pools, aerobics, Nautilus equipment, and later programs such as Spinning, Yoga, and BodyPUMP. The club has continued to update its programs, equipment, and technology to meet members’ changing fitness needs.
