Boulder Internal Arts

Boulder Internal Arts is a Boulder, Colorado school teaching traditional Chinese internal martial arts. The program offers ongoing classes in Gao school Bagua Zhang, Taiji Quan, Hebei Xingyi Quan, and Chi Gung, with instruction rooted in the Yi Zong branch from Luo DeXiu of Taiwan. The school reports more than 20 years of teaching in Boulder and more than 50 years of combined teaching, training, and practical experience among its instructors.
