Courtney’s School of Dance, founded in 2011 by professional dancer Courtney Mattheis, provides formal dance training with an emphasis on ballet, jazz, and tap, along with other professionally taught classes. The school offers mini sessions and adult classes and reflects a community-centered mission focused on expanding access to dance for youth and families. Its founder also partnered with Los Angeles County Parks and Recreation in 2014 to help implement the WE Dance program.
