Celestino Sepulveda, M.D. is a board-certified plastic surgeon based in Poughkeepsie, New York. He has practiced plastic and reconstructive surgery in the Mid-Hudson Valley since 1989. Dr. Sepulveda completed his residency in plastic surgery at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, where he later served as an Assistant Professor in Plastic Surgery.
