BIOEVOLVE San Diego Orthobiologics and Sports Center is an Encinitas practice focused on regenerative, function-centered care for sports medicine, spine conditions, and musculoskeletal recovery. Led by M.D. Ambach, the center combines Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with orthopedic sports and spine medicine, using clinically directed orthobiologic therapies such as cells, blood components, and growth factors to support healing of bones, muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Care includes treatment for orthopedic injuries, overuse conditions, spine-related pain, and wrist conditions, with extracorporeal shockwave therapy offered as a nonoperative modality.
