Innerspace Taijiquan is a Princeton, New Jersey tai chi school led by founder and Chief Instructor Susanna DeRosa, a senior disciple of the late Master Jou, Tsung Hwa. Drawing on decades of study in the Taijiquan tradition, including training with Master Jou and other noted masters, the school teaches Chen and Yang styles, solo forms, weapons such as sword, saber, broadsword, and staff, push-hands, and partner routines. DeRosa is also a certified tournament judge and referee who has coached national champions and has taught in settings including psychiatric facilities, adult schools, senior centers, colleges, and the Princeton University athletic department.
