Left Coast Power Yoga - Laurel is an independent, woman of color-owned yoga studio in Oakland offering yoga classes for all levels. Established in 2013, it is part of a supportive Oakland yoga community focused on helping people build strength and balance, feel good in their bodies, and use their practice to navigate daily life.
