Fleurish Health is a health and nutrition coaching business focused on helping women improve their health in achievable, sustainable ways. Founded by Lacie Jo, a registered nurse certified in women’s health, nutrition, and hormones, the business offers individual and group coaching with a whole-person approach centered on mind, body, and spirit. Its mission is to equip, encourage, and empower clients to lead healthy lives while addressing emotional and mental barriers related to health, body image, and self-relationship.
