Lifetime Performance provides general fitness and performance training for recreational and professional athletes, with a stated focus on improving athletic performance by improving the body. The business has coached PGA, Senior PGA, and LPGA Tour players, trained more than 100 mini-tour players and club professionals, and has presented and consulted for collegiate golf teams, the David Leadbetter Golf Academy, and the Club Spa and Fitness Association.
