Harbor Counseling, LLC is a counseling practice in Panama City, Florida focused on providing a safe place for clients to grow, build daily coping skills, and work toward becoming the best version of themselves. The practice is led by Lois Collier, who received a master’s degree in Psychology and Counseling from Troy University in 2019. Harbor Counseling has experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults facing ADHD, ASD, anxiety, depression, and other behavioral and mood disorders.
