Breathe Contrology By Kris is a boutique Pilates studio in Lake Charles focused on teaching the Pilates system in the original contrology tradition of Joseph Pilates. The studio offers private and semi-private sessions along with reformer, tower, chair, barrel, and mat classes. Founder Kris has taught Pilates for more than 20 years and emphasizes proper alignment, core strength, muscle balance, functional movement, and consistency, with a goal of helping clients move well in daily life and live with less pain.
