Hot Room Toledo is a heated fitness studio in Toledo offering more than 60 classes a week in a high-heat environment designed to support a sweat-intensive, heart-pumping workout. Its hot room uses forced-air heat, humidity, exhaust, and infrared heat panels to help participants build heat, loosen muscles quickly, and get more from their practice.
