Victoria Plastic Surgery Center is the practice of Gary S. Branfman, MD, in Victoria, Texas. Dr. Branfman completed formal training in plastic surgery in 1991 with the Cronin, Brauer, and Biggs group in Houston and is dedicated to excellence in the art and science of plastic surgery. He also received the Annual Laser Research Award from the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. The practice serves local patients as well as clients traveling from out of town.
