Elite Athletics Training is a sports performance and athletic development business in Richland, Washington serving athletes of all sports and levels, from youth to professional. The business provides personalized training and wellness programs focused on strength, agility, endurance, performance enhancement, and recovery. Its staff includes founder Steven Whitehead, a former All-American at McNeese State and Indoor Football League MVP, and gym manager and trainer Keondra Simpson, a Richland native with a B.S. in Exercise Science from Central Washington University.
