Foundations Mental Health Services is a mental health practice led by owner Angela, a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor who began practicing in 2016. The practice focuses on helping high-achieving women, including neurodivergent high-achieving women. The team also includes Ellie Blahnik, a licensed marriage and family therapist who specializes in family systems work and works with new mothers, mothers of young children, work-life balance, and mental workload.
