G Pilates is a boutique reformer Pilates studio in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. The studio offers small-group classes with four reformers and also features infrared sauna and cold plunge recovery. Founded by Gabrielle, a certified GYROTONIC® Trainer, Balanced Body Pilates Instructor, and Integrated Movement Specialist, the studio is supported by instructor Kelsey, a comprehensively certified Balanced Body Pilates Instructor.
