Cotton Rouge Makeup and Hair Studio is a Greenville, South Carolina-based team of professional makeup and hair artists founded in 2006 by Katie Cotton. The company has grown from a single artist to a team of more than 45 specialists, providing services for more than 900 weddings each year as well as photoshoots, commercial projects, video work, portraits, boudoir and glamour sessions, special events, and makeup lessons across the Upstate of South Carolina and beyond.
