Family Wellness

Family Wellness is a nonprofit wellness organization in Fargo dedicated to inspiring healthy lifestyles through inclusive, supportive, and fun community programming. Its offerings include group fitness and wellness classes, gentle somatic yoga and nidra meditation, the NeuroFit program for people with neurological conditions, LSVT-Big classes, and physical therapy screenings offered in partnership with Sanford Physical Therapy.
