Central Florida BJJ is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy in Orlando serving the South Orlando and Hunter's Creek area since 2012. The academy offers a fun, family-oriented training environment focused on self-defense, fitness, and confidence building. Programs are overseen by a BJJ black belt and include classes for middle school students and older, with instruction for both beginners and more seasoned jiu-jitsu competitors. The academy also offers middle school wrestling.
