Church At the Rock is a church in Brooklyn with a long congregational history dating to the 19th century, when growing Sunday gatherings outgrew private homes. Over the years it was led by a succession of pastors, including Clifford Kidd, whose tenure from 1913 to 1952 had a significant impact on the church. Under later leadership, the church left the Methodist Protestant denomination and became an independent, non-denominational church centered on the tenets of Scripture.
