ITF Maryland is a martial arts school focused on promoting and growing ITF Taekwon-Do in Maryland and the surrounding states. The school is led by head instructor and owner Michael Burdelas, a VI DAN Black Belt in ITF Taekwon-Do with 34 years of active training, and also has an assistant instructor.
