Congregation Beth Shalom is a Conservative Jewish synagogue in Clearwater, Florida, affiliated with the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism. Founded in 1957, the congregation began by meeting in private homes and has grown to include around 200 families who gather for prayer, song, and life-cycle celebrations in a strong sense of community. The synagogue holds early Friday services at 6:30 p.m. and Shabbat morning services at 9:00 a.m., with a full Kiddush luncheon prepared by congregants after services each week. Congregation Beth Shalom is led by Rabbi David Weizman and Rabbi Danielle Upbin Weizman, who joined the synagogue in 2002.
