LifeDynamic Counseling

LifeDynamic Counseling & Psychotherapy provides therapy for adults and teens, with services for individuals and couples. The practice uses collaborative, action-oriented, evidence-based approaches to help clients clarify their values, strengthen relationships, and take practical steps toward the life they want to build. Areas addressed include burnout, anxiety, low mood, relationship concerns, and religious, spiritual, and existential issues. Services are offered in person in Amarillo and via telehealth throughout Texas.
