Athletex Life & Sport Club is a locally owned health club in South Lake Tahoe founded in 2023. Built around the idea that life is a sport, it combines a clean, fully equipped gym with coaching support for members pursuing general wellness, performance, and stronger daily routines. The club offers both facility access and a more personal training experience, with a focus on mental and physical optimization, consistency, and community-centered fitness.
