Boone Advent Christian Church is a church in Boone, North Carolina, established after members of Piney Grove Church who had moved to Boone formed a local congregation as membership grew. The church first met in an old Episcopal church at the corner of Appalachian and Kings Streets, then in the courthouse until its new building was completed. The first service in the new church building was held on August 22, 1926. The property was later expanded, including a basement addition in 1975 that connected the church to the former parsonage, and in 1984 the church added a Sunday School room, clerk’s office, and pastor’s study. The connector and original parsonage are now used for a nursery and additional Sunday School classes. Pastor Noble served the church for 49 years and 10 months until retiring in 2015.
