Core Value Pilates LLC is a contemporary Pilates studio in Aurora, Illinois, focused on complete health and well-being through the STOTT PILATES method. The studio offers Pilates instruction through single lessons and class packages of 10 and 20. Owner Stephany DeRosier has taught STOTT PILATES for over 14 years and has operated her own studio since 2012. Her full STOTT PILATES certification includes training from essential through advanced matwork, reformer, Cadillac, stability chair, barrels, and injuries and special populations.
