Abdul Qureshi, MD, is a physician with extensive surgical training in Pakistan and the United States. He earned his medical degree from Aga Khan University Medical School in Karachi, where he also completed internship and residency training in general surgery, then pursued thoracic surgery training at Harvard Medical School’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital and a cardiovascular surgery fellowship at the Texas Heart Institute in Houston. As a member of the medical staff at Carlsbad Medical Center, he practices within a multidisciplinary care environment that supports coordinated treatment and follow-up across specialties.
