CREOKS Behavioral Health Services provides outpatient behavioral health and substance use care for adults, adolescents, and children, drawing on more than 40 years of service. Its aging services program is designed for adults age 65 and older, or age 50 and older with a mental illness, and includes individual and group therapy, case management, medication management, peer support, and coordination with primary care physicians and other providers. CREOKS also offers caregiver support and education focused on aging research, medical developments, and strategies for healthy aging.
